Roll-up doors tend to make loading and unloading easier and allow you to pack your space more efficiently.

What is a drive-up unit ?

This is a unit with outdoor access and a unit that you can drive your vehicle up to and unload.

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit ?

You are responsible for your own lock. You can purchase a lock from us when you rent your unit or purchase a lock from another retailer.

The office hours are the hours of operation for the facility. Our leasing agent is available to assist you during these hours.

The gate hours are the hours that your unit can be accessed.

What are the payment terms ?

We offer month-to-month leases. You can pay monthly or you can have us automatically bill your card each month.

What methods of payment to do accept ?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and money orders (no personal checks or cash payments)

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size ?

Our available sizes are listed on the homepage of our website.

Do you offer RV / Boat / Truck Trailer parking ?

Yes we do, we offer several sizes to choose from. Lengths range from 20' up to 80' for a semi truck and trailer

What kind of security do you have ?

We offer personal gate code access to the facility and video surveillance as well as a leasing agent that lives on site at most of our facility

Do you have video cameras ?

Our facility has 24/7 video recording.

What does "on-site" leasing agent mean ?

An on-site leasing agent is someone that lives at the facility. This is an added security precaution utilized by many of our facilities.

Do you offer boxes and other packing products for sale ?

We carry a wide variety of supplies to make your transition easier. From boxes, locks, tape to markers.
